Membership Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 22, 2026
1. Billing and Payment Terms
The Product: An Annual Membership. Green Drop Garage Membership is a twelve (12) month vehicle care plan, not a month-to-month subscription. At enrollment, the Member commits to the full annual membership fee for one (1) year from the date of enrollment (the "Initial Term").
Installment Payments. The annual membership fee may be paid in full at signup or in twelve (12) equal monthly installments. Monthly installments are processed through an automated payment system managed by Stripe. Paying monthly does not reduce or change the Member's obligation to pay the full annual fee.
Auto-Renewal. Upon completion of the Initial Term, the membership automatically renews as a new twelve-month term unless the Member provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
Failed Payments and Service Pause. If an installment payment fails, Stripe will attempt automated retries. If payment is not successfully received within seven (7) calendar days of the original due date, membership benefits and service access will be paused until the account is brought current. Pausing service does not stop the installment schedule or reduce the balance owed.
Non-Payment and Collections. If installment payments stop before the twelve-month obligation is fulfilled, all remaining installments become immediately due in full. If the outstanding balance is not received within ninety (90) days of the last due invoice, the balance will be placed into collections.
Grace Period at Signup. A one-time grace period of seven (7) calendar days from the signup date is available for penalty-free cancellation. Requests to cancel within the grace period must be submitted in writing to Green Drop Garage. The grace period is void once any service has been rendered.
Disclosures. Green Drop Garage will clearly disclose the twelve-month commitment at signup, display the commitment end date in the Member's account portal, and send milestone notifications (e.g., "6 months remaining," "commitment complete") by email or in-app.
Compliance with Law. All billing practices are designed to comply with applicable federal, state, and local consumer protection laws related to installment contracts, recurring payments, and auto-renewal.
2. Cancellation and Early Termination
During the Initial Term. The twelve-month membership fee is owed in full regardless of cancellation request. If a Member requests to cancel during the Initial Term, membership benefits will continue through the paid-through date of each installment, but installment billing continues on schedule until the full annual obligation is paid. The total balance owed is not reduced by the number of services received or not received. No refunds or prorations are issued.
After the Initial Term. Once the Initial Term (or any subsequent renewal term) is complete, the Member may decline the next renewal with thirty (30) days' written notice. No early termination fee applies to a timely non-renewal.
How to Request Cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to membership@greendropgarage.com. Service access will not resume after cancellation until any outstanding balance is paid in full.
3. Membership Transfers
Memberships are tied to a specific vehicle and account holder at enrollment, but may be transferred under the following conditions:
Vehicle Transfers. A membership may be transferred from one vehicle to another owned by the same account holder once per calendar year. Proof of ownership of both the outgoing and incoming vehicle may be required. Eligibility of the new vehicle is subject to the same class and age restrictions as the original enrollment.
Ownership Transfers. A membership may be transferred to a new account holder by written request to membership@greendropgarage.com and is subject to approval by Green Drop Garage. The incoming account holder must agree in writing to the remaining terms of the Initial Term, including all outstanding installment obligations. Approval is at Green Drop Garage's sole discretion.
General. Transfers do not extend, reset, or shorten the Initial Term. Any outstanding balance must be current before a transfer can be processed.

- Failure to bring the vehicle in for required interval visits (minimum every 3 months or 3,000 miles)
