What Each Milestone Covers
30,000-Mile Service
Oil and filter, engine air filter, cabin air filter, tire rotation, brake inspection, 50-point multi-point check, and the first round of fluid condition assessments (brake, coolant, transmission). Typically 1–2 hours.
60,000-Mile Service
Everything from 30k plus brake fluid flush, coolant flush (where scheduled), transmission fluid service (where scheduled), fuel filter (applicable vehicles), spark plug replacement on many makes, and serpentine belt inspection. Typically 2–4 hours.
90,000-Mile Service
Everything from 60k plus timing belt replacement on interference engines (with water pump and tensioners while the front of the engine is open), full driveline fluid service, and a thorough steering/suspension inspection. Timing belt alone is typically half a day; combined 90k service 4–6 hours.
Between Milestones
Oil changes every 5,000–7,500 miles, tire rotations every oil change, and the multi-point inspection every visit. This is the rhythm that keeps cars healthy between the big services.
