Before Your Visit
Welcome to Green Drop Vancouver
On Main Street in the Shumway neighborhood — our newest state, same Green Drop crew.
3800 Main St, Vancouver, WA 98663 · (360) 360-3007 · Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

Getting Here + Parking
- We've got three easy entrances off Main: heading south, two are on your right; heading north, there's one on your left down 38th St.
- Park under the awning if a spot's open. This helps us spot you and keep your appointment on time. Both awning spots taken? There's more parking on either side of the building.
- Check in at the front door, under the awning, and please avoid using the side doors to cut through the garage.
Once You're Here
- You'll meet your check-in specialist. They'll go over the details of your visit and do a quick walk-around of your car with you, so we capture everything about it and anything you want us to pay special attention to.
- You'll get a rough timeline. Most visits run at least a half day — good service takes time.
- We’ll call to review our findings. Once our technicians finish their inspection, our service team calls to walk through what they found. You’ll decide how you want to proceed, and nothing happens until we get your ok.
- We keep you posted. During your service, we may reach out with updates. You can always call or text us if a question pops up in the meantime. As soon as your car is done, you’ll hear from us.
- We walk you through it at pickup. Everything we did, answered questions, before you head out.
