Good To Know
- Dropping off before we open? The key drop box is at the far left of the building, next to the large garage door — pop your key in the door slot and we'll check it first thing every morning.
Getting Here + Parking
- Pull into the driveway and grab any open space — it's totally fine to park in front of another car.
- The one spot to skip: the right side of the lot closest to the street, marked "No Parking."
- Check in at the office entrance on the right side of the building, just right of the green pillar. You'll spot the Green Drop name and drop logo on the door.
Once You're Here
- You'll meet your check-in specialist — They'll go over the details of your visit and do a quick walk-around of your car with you, so we capture everything about it and anything you want us to pay special attention to.
- You'll get a rough timeline — Most visits run at least a half day — good service takes time.
- We call with what we found — Once our technicians finish their inspection, our service team calls to walk through what they found: any recommendations, plus the overall health and status of your car. Nothing beyond your scheduled work happens without your OK.
- We keep you posted — During your service, we may reach out with updates. You can always call or text us if a question pops up in the meantime.
- We call when it's ready — As soon as your car's done, you'll hear from us.
- We walk you through it at pickup — Everything we did, answered questions, before you head out.
