Doing exactly what he thought he would never do, Farhad found himself in the middle of the veggie world 7 years ago, when he converted his first Mercedes in the hills of UC Santa Cruz. Since then he has worked his way up from being the “loco” student who collected vegetable oil behind the campus dining halls, to being the “weird” guy who collects vegetable oil from behind brewpubs and restaurants in the Portland area… Farhad spends his off time with his buddy, Muggs.      With motor oil and brake cleaner running through his veins, Dan found his calling as an eco-mechanic during a chance meeting with Farhad. In his spare time he enjoys motorcycles, guitar, long walks on the beach, and growing out his beard. His musical influences include Dave Matthews, Bruce Springsteen, Jack Johnson, and Creed.      His easy going personality and good attitude has helped Muggs fit right in. Muggs is in charge of greeting customers and making sure the staff here is calm and happy. Gotta Love him…
